Uniform

We operate a non-mandatory uniform policy, which means it is up to pupils and their families whether they wear The Pears Family School uniform. 

The optional uniform is a simple light blue polo t-shirt with The Pears Family School  logo on it. Some children choose to wear this with comfortable trousers such as tracksuit bottoms. Others prefer to wear their own clothes which they are comfortable in and are suitable for school, such as comfortable trousers, leggings or shorts, a t-shirt and jumper.

For those who wish to wear a school t-shirt, we provide two t-shirts per pupil upon starting and can provide another one if needed. 

Swimming

Once a week pupils go swimming with school. Swimming wear, towel and goggles is required for each pupil on this day.

Specific trips

We offer a number of educational trips such as equine therapy, trailfam and trips to a farm. For each of these, families will be made aware what clothing will be needed at the time.
