As part of our commitment to making the school the best it can be Pears Family School is a member of Challenge Partners. At the end of March we welcomed colleagues from Challenge Partners to conduct a review of Teaching, Learning and Assessment; Pupil Outcomes and Strategies for School Improvement. As significant as the overall ‘Outstanding’ judgement, we were equally delighted to have demonstrated the capacity to address issues raised in our previous review and to show continued improvement. We are already looking forward to working on our next ‘Even Better Ifs’ as we strive to get better and better.
